What to Bring — Exhale Women’s Retreat
As you prepare to arrive in the beautiful hinterlands of Byron Bay, we invite you to pack with intention — bringing only what supports your comfort, presence, and expansion.
Clothing• Lightweight, breathable outfits (think flowy, relaxed, and easy to move in)
• Activewear for movement & breathwork sessions
• Swimwear for pool, sauna, ice bath or spa time
• A light jacket or knit (layers) for cooler mornings & evenings
• Comfortable walking shoes or sandals
• Something a little special if you feel called for our final dinner
For Your Practice
• Journal + pen (for reflection, integration & intention setting)
• Water bottle
• Any personal spiritual tools (oracle cards, crystals, etc.)
Self-Care & Essentials
• Toiletries & skincare
• Sunscreen + hat
• Insect repellent (just in case)
• Any personal medications or supplements
Optional (but Beautiful to Have)
• A meaningful item for the altar or group space
• A book that nourishes or inspires you
• A sarong or wrap for comfort during sessions
• Eye mask for deeper rest or meditation
