What to Bring — Exhale Women’s Retreat

  • As you prepare to arrive in the beautiful hinterlands of Byron Bay, we invite you to pack with intention — bringing only what supports your comfort, presence, and expansion.

    Clothing

    • Lightweight, breathable outfits (think flowy, relaxed, and easy to move in)

    • Activewear for movement & breathwork sessions

    • Swimwear for pool, sauna, ice bath or spa time

    • A light jacket or knit (layers) for cooler mornings & evenings

    • Comfortable walking shoes or sandals

    • Something a little special if you feel called for our final dinner 

    For Your Practice

    • Journal + pen (for reflection, integration & intention setting)

    • Water bottle

    • Any personal spiritual tools (oracle cards, crystals, etc.)

    Self-Care & Essentials

    • Toiletries & skincare

    • Sunscreen + hat

    • Insect repellent (just in case)

    • Any personal medications or supplements

     Optional (but Beautiful to Have)

    • A meaningful item for the altar or group space

    • A book that nourishes or inspires you

    • A sarong or wrap for comfort during sessions

    • Eye mask for deeper rest or meditation



Come as you are. There is nothing you need to prove, perform or prepare beyond your willingness to receive, an open heart and an open mind. Be ready to explore all the corners of your wonderful self.
